A flexible, hybrid polypropylene shell that is intrinsically rearfoot posted. Each device is finished with a choice of accommodative top and bottom material fills, cushioning covers, and forefoot extensions depending on the foot pathology. The combination of materials and a flexible shell will continue to support with maximum accommodation, for the more complex, high-risk conditions such as the diabetic foot, ulcerated plantar lesions, Charcot foot, arthritic degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia.
